    Greetings to all, God bless and His peace be with you.

    The 1st Kentucky announced at the Corps meeting they were undertaking and supporting their flag restoration.  Preservation and restoration of our forefathers history is so very important.

    At last weeks Corps meeting I announced the release of my new book, "The Diuguid Records 1861 - 1865 and Biographical Sketches."  I also announce that I would contribute to the 1st Kentucky's project with the sell of my new book.  That still holds true.  Any Longstreets Corps member that purchases one of my books I will contribute 10% of the purchase price towards this project.  The cost of the book is $30.00 (this is my discount price from my publisher).  The shipping and handling will be an additional $3.50.  So, $3.00 from each book sold to Corps member will be donated to the 1st Kentucky's flag restoration project.  It may not be the $20,000 they need but it will be a start.

    I also have attached the flyer that describes my new book.  If I did not mention, this work was dedicated to Chuck Hillmans.
